My birthday boy!
On Nick's actual birthday Cecily and her new boyfriend James came by :) We love James and they're so cute together! They all had sushi and Nick's spicy drink while I enjoyed homemade pizza and orange juice, haha ;) The sushi looked really nice though. I can still appreciate the art of it even though I am vegetarian ;) We were so tired when we got to Effie's since we had Nick's party the night before, but he sure cheered up when people started buying him birthday drinks, haha! As always, Effie's was a blast and Nick looked like a kid on Christmas :) <3
We actually went home quite early becuase we were so happy with our evening and Nick just wanted to go home and spend time with me which was sweet. I drove (obviously. lol) us to Denny's because that place has the best comfort food. He disappeared for a while and then came back saying he'd been trying to catch a Minion from a claw machine, he's the cutest! We ended up eating our food in bed which was great. I folded some laundry, made the bed, wrapped Nick up in the warm blankets and he fell fast asleep at 11pm with Reese in his arms. I was so happy when he said that this had been his favorite birthday in life so far.
When we woke up in the morning he got his present from me and I of course sang him Happy Birthday!
It's a neck and shoulder wrap that you can put in the freezer or heat up in the microwave. We've warmed it up so many times because it's perfect for Nick who has a physically demanding job to use this when he comes home. Especially when he worked 15 hour days I would give him a massage and use this to warm up his muscles. Also, knew this would be good for him to have when I was in Sweden!

We were so full afterwards but this was easily one of the best dinner's in bed we've ever had just cause it was a special night
