These pictures makes my mouth water

On Sunday Nick spent most of the evening cooking food for us all. He really went all out and made some of my favorite things to eat while I packed the rest of my bags. Our last dinner together was A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. I seriously drool just by looking at the pictures even months later. We had a delicious salad with fresh vegetables, cheese tortellini in three different colors, marinara sauce, parmesan cheese, potato skins with cheese, sour cream and green onions on. He also cooked something that I think had shrimp in it for the rest of the family who eats meat :)

After dinner we had to deal with some of the visa stuff that just couldn't wait. We had some things left to do, but we got that done during my first month in Sweden. But now we had to fill in the last documents and Nick had to write a letter about how we met and things like that. He wrote a very sweet and personal letter.

We sat in the darkness watching my videos from our time together, I transferred it all to his hard drive so he can watch it whenever he wants. He's so happy I documented our first 8 months together with photos and videos. He sometimes teased me for picking up the camera for every little thing, lol. But now he is thrilled that I did and even asks me to do that :)

"Look what I'm doing baby! Aren't you gonna take a picture??"
Haha, Nick knows exactly what impresses me these days :P
Dinner time!
Look at those colors... ugh, bring me back already!!!
In the last minute I decided that my big stuffed elephant from IKEA got to stay in San Jose after all. Reese immediately cuddled up right next to it.
