I spent most of my time at home with Nick during the last week. He had to work of course so I spent that time just chilling at home with the kitties and getting last minute things done. One night when I sat on the bed I heard a "pop!" from the floor. I leaned over and saw that Snickers had actually managed to open up the lid to the kittie treat box! And there she and Reese were munching away :P If I hadn't been there to stop them I'm sure we would have come home to some very fat kitties, lol!

 

We enjoyed doing the smallest things together like making food by the BBQ with the bright stars above us, dancing in the kitchen, watching TV and being silly. It sounds boring but one of our favorite things to do together is watching TV and eating food. It's simple but we are just so content with that. We don't need fancy and expensive things in life as long as we've got each other. He's been breaking me out of my shell so I am more outgoing and I have calmed him down a bit. So we have a nice balance going and meet in the middle. I got Nick hooked on "Bondi Rescue" which is a show about the lifeguards on Bondi beach in Australia. I have been a fan for years and it would be amazing to go there on vacation one winter since it's summer time there then!

 

It was kind of sad when I went to Togo's to buy sandwiches for us and the girl who I often helps me emembered my order. She said she would remember it from now on. I almost felt bad about not telling her I wasn't gonna be back there for another year xD We go there so often and they are so nice!

In the evening when Nick came home Noah came by to record more of their music. I was sitting on my laptop the whole night working on my surprise good bye gift to Nick. I had been working on it for several days already. When Nick left the room for a while I showed it to Noah and said I would give it to Nick just before leaving and he said "Oh damn, you're gonna kill him" ;) luckily I knew he had plenty of friends who would take care of him after I left!
