Arm wrestling and a spider hunt
We had fun hanging out with this group of people one afternoon :) As always, Nick knew them since before and I had to try and learn like seven new names :P But they were cool. And Nick beat the host himself in arm wrestling ;) haha! He wasn't gonna do it at first but the host bragged a bit too much of how good he was at arm wrestling so Nick had to show him how it's done, lol
Afterwards about half of those people came over to Nick's house. Nick's dad brought out his parrot which is always good fun :P She's got some dance moves!

Back at work I spent a day looking after Daniel and he all of a sudden started drawing on this! Omg!! I had totally forgotten about these things where you can put together a picture by choosing the head and what it should wear. And then you put a paper on top and draw with a crayon to get it printed on the paper. I LOVED this when I was a kid!

I actually got to take Daniel on a playdate with one of his friends, which is rare cause none of the kids ever wants to go on playdates. But he laughed for two hours while running around playing and afterwards he wanted to climb on this interesting sculpture for a while :)
Speaking of spiders. At 3am one night Nick had to clean out the food cupboard because we found three spiders in there. One of them was so big and without a doubt deadly! But the creepy thing was that when we tried to find it in the vaccum cleaner it wasn't there anymore :S We spent a good 45 minutes looking for it but it's like it turned into powder in the vaccum cleaner, which makes no sense. But so far it hasn't showed up so I'm sure Nick got it out of the house xD It's funny how things always happens at 3am in this house but I do love our little night adventures, haha!
Lately Amanda has been interested in baking with me :) Usually I just bake with the boys. I've noticed it takes more energy to bake with her though, since she has a very clear idea about how she wants things to turn out. She changes her mind constantly and if it's not perfect and looks like a bakery has made it, then it's not good enough. Phew! I think these cookies turned out pretty cool though :)
Amanda trying to find Matteo somewhere in this pillow cave ;) he loves it when I make tunnels that he can crawl through. It's all good fun until his brother and sister starts jumping on it and destroys the whole thing. Aah, the joy of having older siblings ;)
