I thought I'd be working a ton this summer but the kids being at several summer camps made it easier. I only worked 4-6 hour days which was awesome. At the end of August I must have had the easiest work day ever though. I woke up in San Jose and drove to Mountain View to work. I had been been in my room for less than an hour when my host mom texted me saying that she might not need my help that day. The time for me to start working was pushed to later and later, until she said that I can get the whole day off, yay! So I drove back to San Jose. Not doing anything on a Thursday felt so weird. But in the evening Nick surprised me! He went to work and I left the house real quick to go to Starbucks. When I got back his car was parked outside and his bed was made :S Lol, I was very sure the bed was more of a mess when I had left it! Work had been slow that night so they said he could go home after just 20 min if he wanted to! :) Pretty great Thursday. We ended up spending the night filming video clips for his music video. We have worked so hard on releasing lyric videos to all of his songs but we wanted a real video too. I'm proud of what we came up with. It's already up on YouTube so I'll post it here on my blog sooner rather than later!
