Gilroy hangout

On one of the last summer days me and the grandparents spent a couple of hours at Happy Hollow in San Jose with all three kids. They have rides, animals and a play area there. It was fun and all of the kids loved it. The big kids stayed there longer but Matteo had to take his nap so after dropping him off with Lucille I ran a bunch of errands.

The next day was so nice too. Me and Nick spent our time painting toes and having water fights, lol. And in the evening we were invited over to Nick's old friends Jessica and Chris. We drove to Gilroy in the evening and the sunset glowing over the mountains and vineyards was pretty amazing. They live way out on the contry side but it's a beautiful place. I got along great with them, especially their little girl who wanted me to play with her the whole evening. So we'll see them again soon for sure!

Matteo sat on the carousel long enough for me to take some adorable pictures, but then he changed his mind and decided to get off. He liked seeing his sister and brother go round and round though ;)
I absolutely hate rollercoasters, even the smallest ones! But the grandparents had fun on this one with the big kids while I looked after Matteo safely on the ground ;)
Waiting for the dragon ride. Someone quickly got tired of waiting in the burning hot weather.
At home again, Amanda wanted to read one of her books to me :) I used to read so much when I was her age too
I have started introducing many Swedish traditions and TV-shows to Nick. One of them is the 10 minute long "Dinner for one" which airs on New Years Eve in Sweden. I laugh just as much every year and Nick thought it was hilarious.
Water fight... inside... hahaha!
Aaaaand toe painting. Cause life should be fun.
On our way to Gilroy
Such beautiful clouds
Hanging out with Chris and Jessica's kitties and daughter!
Their family, who also lives there, takes care of these gorgeous creatures and release them when they feel better
This guy is awesome
