My birthday party was more than a success!!! Some of my friends couldn't make it but everyone who were there made it perfect and I was so happy! During the day Nick's dad Dave was so nice and offered to buy a bunch of stuff for the party. We ended up having a ton more of decorations and food than we had planned for. I have always wanted one of those big helium balloons that is so typical American parties so Dave bought me two! One with a diamond shape and a round one. Although we lost the round one pretty early into the party when Nick goofed off, kicked it and it flew away :P hahaha. We picked up the cake that I had ordered at the same time and it turned out beautiful. Indy came by to help us get everything set up and when everything was finally done we kicked back and chilled with the first few guests that showed up. Eventually we had a full house! Indy and Sarah took over the cooking from me and Nick which was awesome because otherwise we would have ended up standing by the stove and the BBQ. Instead we could relax and enjoy the fun! I had really wished for this party to turn out great since I have so many friends in Cali now and they certainly didn't disappoint me!
