The wizarding world of Harry Potter- Diagon Alley 2

Diagon Alley was just as magical as Hogsmeade and my imagination took off. I just kept thinking over and over again of all the times that Harry went there to get his school supplies. We of course had to make a stop at Floeran Fortescue's ice cream parlour and Knockturn Alley.

At the end of the day we walked through the rest of this park and didn't know what to do since we had time to spare before our bus picked us up. We walked by an area that had big rocks that looked like giant hands and feet which made me think about the ancient Gods. So we asked a staff member what this was and he said that "Poseidon's fury" was an exciting walking ride which takes about half an hour. We thought, oh well, it's not like we've got anything else to do. It turned out to be one of the hightlights of our day!! We weren't allowed to take pictures in there but we basically followed a tour guide in an ancient cave which revealed one cool thing after another. At the end a big stage showed up out of nowhere, with two hologram Gods fighting each other with real fire and water. It took me back to my childhood when I would watch Hercules, Xena and another TV-show that was about two people searching for ancient history objects and always ending up in some adventure. Can't remember the name of it. We didn't have high expectations of this ride at all but I totally recommend it!

It was pretty badass seeing the dragon on top of Gringotts. It was breathing fire every 10 minutes and even though it was high up, you could still feel the burning heat!
The only thing I didnt like about Harry Potter world was that they only had fast rides. For someone who doesn't like that it was a bummer not to get to see the special effects that they had on the rides. I've seen it on YouTube and it looks amazing. "The escape from Gringotts" would almost have been worth going on even though I would have been scared ;)
Taking the Hogwarts express back to the other park
Back at the hotel!
