IKEA
When I found out that there was an IKEA not too far away from here, I just had to go there :P I'll start using the family car soon but this time I took the bus and train. What took the longest time was to find my way there of course. Google maps is great but I still tend to walk in the wrong direction, lol. It was wonderful when I finally got there! All of the furniture looks the same as in Sweden but the worst and best part was walking by the restaurant. The smell from the meatballs, potatoes, sauce and jam made me think I was back in Sweden. My God, it was almost like a drug :P I'm a vegetarian but I still stood there and smelled the food like I was obsessed xD haha
When I finally found the Swedish food market I bought a lot more than I had planned! Marabou milk chocolate, saffron buns, julmust (a soft drink that is hugely popular around Christmas and Easter), rhubarb pie, thin bread, dammsugare (they're called vacuum cleaners in Swedish because they look like old fashioned vacuum cleaners), potato pancakes, elderflower lemonade, potato gratin, daim candy and cream sauce.... talk about stacking up on Swedish cravings!! But when I saw the Paradis chocolate box and the advent calenders I had to stop myself. NOT UNTIL DECEMBER! That's the rule no matter if you're in Sweden or not ;)
Mcdonald's has never looked so tropical...
IKEA <3 even though I haven't had their food since I was 13 I still remember what it tastes like
They already had a big section of Christmas decorations
